∆ (pronounced Alt-J) are a British alternative indie pop quartet, formed in 2007. Their debut album An Awesome Wave was released in May 2012 in Europe. They are one of the favourites to win the 2012 Mercury Prize. The album was released in the United States on 18 September. - Wikipedia
