1. LES MILLS STAGE - Presented by Les Mills, participants may partake in dynamic classes – including BODYCOMBAT®, BODYJAM® and RPM® amongst others – fit for all fitness levels.
2. PURE - Hosted by PURE, not only do participants experience an exciting variety of group classes – including Yoga, Fitness, and both Mat and Reformer Pilates – there will also be a giveaway where one may win free memberships and exclusive promotions.

HYROX - Marvel at the world’s biggest indoor fitness racing competition! Combining both running and functional workout stations, participants may choose to enter solo, team up for the doubles division, or take part as a relay team of four.

Singapore Dodgeball Championships 2024 - To get one’s blood bumping, participants can challenge their coordination, reaction, and physical fitness whilst engaging in a public dodgeball game. Not only that, they’ll also get the opportunity to witness the Singapore Dodgeball Championships 2024!

VR Boxing Experience - Perfect for beginners, VR Boxing from Refract Technologies' uses AXIS for full-body tracking, offering a realistic and immersive experience.

Lacrosse - Led by Crossefire, participants can participate in interactive skill sessions, tackle thrilling challenges, and witness exhilarating exhibition games.
Yoga - At one’s fingertips, participants can experience different types of yoga, such as the popular Hatha Yoga, Inversions, Dynamic Flow, Power Flow, and Mat Pilates, and newly popular and rare options like HIIT Yoga and Inside Flow.
