Farrer Horse kickstarts December with Special Guest Shift

On Tuesday, 7 December 2022, between 5 pm and midnight, Singapore hospitality veteran and co-founder of Revival Bar, Roman Foltan, will be hosting a one-night only guest shift at Stable. Part of leading hospitality consultancy The Compound Collective, Czech-born Roman is best known for his previous role as Head Bartender of ATLAS Bar, leading his team to achieve accolades on The World’s 50 Best Bars list in 2017 and 2018. He will be stirring up Farrer Horse-exclusive creations for the evening and kickstarting the cocktail guest series the venue will be undertaking in 2023.
The guest shift also celebrates the official launch of the full cocktail menu at Stable, featuring 12 cocktails launched this year. Sweetening the festivities are also two seasonal menu additions: Three Leaping Frogs and Holly Sholy Hish-Mas - crafted to usher in the holiday spirit, featuring ingredients and scents associated with Christmas.
